"As a serious landscape photographer, i came to realize some time ago that one must love nature, get in touch with the nature, observe and try to understand what the nature is trying to tell us. Only then can a photographer inject soul and feeling into his/her work. I don't think I have accomplished that, but am striving to get there. I do enjoy the solitude out there in the desert, and treasure every chance I get which is not many. That is the very reason I am so in love with the Southwest region which is not only beautiful and but so enchanting. I am at a crossroad and trying to figure out where I should go with my photography. Being out there alone in solitude certainly helps." |
